Product Information
Dr. Piero’s Bad Breath Wash is an all natural, alcohol-free mouth rinse that is used for ridding the mouth of odor producing bacteria. It is effective for bad breath caused by halitosis or odor producing foods that are eaten. It also assists as one of several combinations in the plan to manage periodontal disease. Chlorine dioxide is the ingredient which attacks and kills the bacteria and yeast. It will also kill viruses and fungi.
Bad Breath Wash can be used like any other mouth wash AND can be sprayed in the mouth throughout the day as one would a breath spray or instead of a breath mint. It is also effective as a gargle for sore throats.
What causes bad breath?
Bad breath is caused by bacteria in the mouth and/or odor given off by our bodies through our breath either from foods digested, medications or health issues such as diabetes. Bacteria in the mouth can be caused by yeast infections, poor dental hygiene, food particles remaining between teeth, cavities, gum diseases, foods with strong odors, ill fitting dental appliances, smoking and tobacco chewing.
The bacteria are difficult to kill. Most mouth washes and certainly all breath mints can do nothing more than temporarily mask the odor. The root cause is the bacteria which grow in leaps and bounds under a blanket of mucous and produce the gases which cause the odor.
How is Dr. Piero’s Bad Breath Wash different from other mouth washes?
Dr. Piero’s Bad Breath Wash is Chlorine Dioxide, which kills the bacteria which produce the odors. It kills the bio-film and prevents bio-film from being produced. It is not a cover up and is alcohol-free. It is safe on people, pets and for the environment.
1 tablet makes 1 quart of Bad Breath Wash which equals 35ppm of Chlorine Dioxide.
